Ever since our first participation in 2012 we aim for running our GreenLion at FSG, now for the 5th time in a row! Every year we strive for saving weight and looking for new, exciting paths never went before in team's technical history. This year our focus laid on saving weight by using CFK wishbones & topology-optimized aluminium rear plate & going new electro-pneumatic shifting with pedals on the steering wheel. Thanks to our supporters! We're looking forward to an exciting and joyful FSG16!

Info
After the successful debut in FSG2012 with the 37th place, we aim for an even better result this season. Our goal is the Top20. To achieve this, we kept the main concept of the 2012 car and added a lot of punctual improvements. We significantly reduced the weight, added features like an electric shift/clutch system via steering wheel peddles, variable intake runner length and an improved cooling system. Additionally we were able to improve the packaging a lot which results in a shorter wheelbase. Also our electric department added functions like a student build multipurpose display and, as a highlight, wireless engine parameter modification and live telemetry. We are really looking forward to this event, we want to bring Formula Student Racing from Wuppertal to the next level. We invite you all to visit our pit for further information. Finally, we would like to thank all our supporters and sponsors. None of this would be possible without them.

Info
Formula Student Germany 2012 is the first event at which the newly founded team of the University of Wuppertal participates. Formed in 2010, the Green Lion Racing Team has been designing and working on the current car for over two years. The name Green Lion Racing comes from the "green" location of the university and also from the lion as the heraldic animal of the University of Wuppertal. As a newcomer, our goal is to gain as much experience as possible, to set up a base for future cars from our team. To achieve this goal, we created a car which is reliable, good to handle and fast, of course. How fast it is, in comparison with the cars of the established teams, the upcoming event will show – We are looking forward to it! We invite you all to visit our pit for further information. Finally, we would like to thank all our supporters and sponsors. None of this would be possible without them.

Info
In 2007, Petrolhead Racing Team of Wuppertal university participated for the first time at the Formula Student Germany event. The PHR 07 car did not race last year due to minor technical flaws in several areas that added up to failing the scrutineering. Despite this setback, we decided to continue our engagement. This year, our aim is to design and build a car that passes the scrutineering and all other tests and finally race it on the track. To achieve this, we decided to improve on last years design rather than creating a completely new car. We identified last years failures and adapted our design accordingly, bearing in mind our experiences from 2007. This lead to the PHR EVO II car which is improved in several areas, for example the frame, the suspension system and the intake manifold. We are sure that this car enables us to competitively participate at the Formula Student Germany event and look forward to racing the PHR EVO II in August.
