Rennschmiede Pforzheim proudly presents "RSP19 - Emerald". The goal was to improve our last year car by redesigning our chassis to fit our whole aero-package and improve lateral acceleration. Additionally we succesfully manufactured carbon rims for the first time on our own. We did some major changes on our standard KTM SX-F 450 engine as well by installing a 510ccm big bore kit and attaching it to a selfmade carbon fuel tank. Emerald is the lightest and innovative car we have ever built!

Rennschmiede Pforzheim presents RSP18 Ruby. Our 6th race car stands for a strong ambitious team bigger than ever. With the organizational structure of a company we where able to design, manufacture and test the RSP18 faster than ever before. Our goal is to build a reliable and cost efficient car. We did some major changes on our standard motor as well as enlarging our aerodynamic device. We decreased the weight and got about 50% more downforce compared to our RSP17 Onyx.

The “Rennschmiede Pforzheim” was founded in September 2009. The “RSP17 Onyx” is our fifth car. Our main goal is to build a reliable and cost efficient car. To reach this goal, we simplified our parts to reduce the manufacturing time. We used this time mainly for testing and improvement of our suspension and engine setup. This time, we built our car over a period of two years. The "RSP17 Onyx" is also the first car of our team with aerodynamic devices.

“Rennschmiede Pforzheim” was founded in Sep. 2009 and is now going into its third Formula Student season this year with a motivated team consisting of 40 people.Sticking to the team’s motto “leading the pack by quality” and building on previous experiences and skills,“RSP14” will have a more prone seating position,a totally new electronic and a remarkable fuel tank. Furthermore a new chassis was developed and the weight was decreased tremendously.

This year the Rennschmiede Pforzheim (RSP) celebrates its Formula Student racing-premiere. Founded in 2009 we started building our team and began to develop the car-concept. Pforzheim, located between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, is known as the centre of the German jewellery industy. At UAS Pforzheim different courses in engineering, economics, law and design are offered. 30 students of all faculties work together in our team. The car, called RSP-12 „Zabrina“, follows a light-weight concept, with a total weight less than 190kg. For our first car we focussed on reliable solutions following our slogan: "By Quality a Nose Ahead". Polystyrol, combined with textile inlays form the body shell. This offers easy access to all mechanical parts of the car combined with breathtaking design. Furthermore a Head-Up-Display showing the engine speed and a gearshift signal is another outstanding feature of the RSP-12. Especially the HUD supports the driver by increased ergonomics.
