Info
For the FS.07 we seek inspiration in dreams. Thanks to extensive application of astrology and tibetan pulsing with crystals, we have reached synergy of the chassis silhouette and race track. Wing shape, influenced by orientation of Uranus, encourages you to take a magical journey around universe. Engine, driven by happiness of our powertrain group, emits only good vibrations into the chassis which is welded to the perfection by Yin and Yang method.
Engineering Design Priorities:

Info
The CTU CarTech Formula Student Combustion Team was founded in 2008 at the Czech Technical University in Prague as the first Formula SAE/Student team in the Czech Republic. CTU CarTech is a student project with the support from many industry companies from the Czech Republic and abroad. After the most successful year in CTU CarTech history, when our Combustion team was on the 18th place in the world ranking list, the team of 30 young and motivated students started to prepare its fifths formula car for the 2013 season called FS.05. All the efforts are aimed to improve the chassis and to investigate the aerodynamics influence on the vehicle dynamics. FS.05 will have the first monocoque which was designed and ever built in the Czech Republic. All members give their best to improve the result from previous year and to defend the position of most successful Czech team. We are excited to take part in the Formula Student Germany event and to compete with the best teams across the world.

The CTU CarTech Formula Student Combustion Team was founded in 2008 at the Czech Technical University in Prague. After the most successful year in CTU CarTech history, the team of 20 young and motivated students started to prepare its fourth formula car for this season under the designation FS.04. Conceptually, the car is based on its predecessors, with all the efforts primarily aiming at further mass reduction and tweaking of individual subassemblies to form a better organized and higher performing package. The main goal was to finish the car as fast as possible and to have enough time for the testing. The long period testing will make our car more competitive and help us to increase reliability. Looking forward to meeting the international competition, the team is excited for the Formula Student Germany event 2012.

Info
The CTU CarTech, team of 25 students at Czech Technical University in Prague is presenting second race car, the FS.02. Race experiencies with first FS.01 car resulted in goal to build lighter and fuel economic vehicle. Therefore main changes in chassis design are visible - hybrid steel/composite structure. With identical engine (Yamaha YZF-R6), mass of FS.02 was reduced by 23% and dynamic performance is significantly better. The lightweight concept influenced all other parts of the car, e.g. drivetrain (Drexler diff.), electro-pneumatic shifting system, cockpit and body. Although many changes were done, we hope the new FS.02 is still attractive and well sounding car as FS.01 and spectators will like it.

Info
The CTU CarTech team was found in 2007 at Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering with goal to develop and build formula car suitable with Formula Student/SAE rules. The team has about 30 members. Under the name FS.01, the first Czech FS/SAE car was build for competition in Germany. It is based on classic steel tubular space frame chassis, independent suspension and 4-disc brake system. It's powered by 4-cylinder 599ccm Yamaha YZF-R6 (2007) engine with maximum power of 58kW and max. torque of 48Nm. Rear wheels are drived by chain drive and Torsen differential. Electronics of the car consists of electropneumatic shifting system, diagnostic system and optional traction control.
